Has markings (see reference picture). Wears stylish clothing and painful but attractive shoes. She always has a very long braid with five bands on it (see reference picture). Can control fire.
Victorhea is a jerk. She wants to be the best in everything and she doesn't care who stands in her way--they're either helping her or their a hindrance. She can be wicked and cunning when she is jealous of someone's position of power and she'll stop at nothing and resort to anything to bring them down. She really, really hates to lose or be tricked.
